1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Window: Returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date you received the item.

3. Return Process:

• Simply re-pack the item in its original packaging.
